You make some good points here. It seems Babish may well have been playing a game in order to gain control. He sold his shares knowing his subsequent resignation and that of others would drive the stock price down. Did he plan on buying more shares back at the 50 cent level so he could double his position? Was HE the buyer we all saw buying large blocks at 50 cents? How many shares does he own right now? Seems as though everybody has more than a little explaining to do at the next shareholders meeting. It seems hard to believe all this in fighting is taking place over a pot of fools gold. The horse may be down but it's not dead yet.
