Since 3/31 is the end of their fiscal year, as was stated earlier, the company has until 6/30 to report the results. That's what they did then and that's what I expect this year.

However, they have stated that they will report material progress or disappointments (contracts or blow-ups) when they occur. I expect an announcement of contracts prior to the end of June, since I think the company continues to make steady progress in automating the lines.

Company statements through FRB have indicated that (1) batteries were sent to OEMs in q1, and (2) the company's main attention is now focused on the Ireland facility, not Henderson. As far as equipment being moved from Ireland to Nevada in q1, remember that LD said it was "redundant equipment" - one of several parallel machines in the coating/laminating end of the production line. My suspicion is that this equipment will stay in Henderson and, having been adjusted satisfactorily, allows management to focus efforts on working out the remaining glitches in fully-automating Ireland. My bet is that will see that automation at very satisfadtory levels by the end of q2.
