You guys obviously have no experience shorting stocks. FAHN isn't trying to hold the price down. They expect it to go up between now and earnings. If you are trying to build a large short position, the best time to do it is when the stock is being bid up. Undoubtedly, they expect a drop after earnings due to some expected event that is not yet public knowledge. They don't expect to bring the price down single handedly.
