I think you're going to find that most countries are interested in their own self interest, and the advocacy of human rights and universal freedom is PR for the gullible like you.

Can you explain the me why the US has not forced freedom and human rights on Kuwait and Qatar, tiny little barely nation states that would be virtually powerless to resist US pressure?
