Paul, you made some valid points. Babish and Koch may be more responsible for this debacle than I gave them credit for. However, Rhodes was at least nominally in charge before December so he still gets most of the blame in my book for the stock buy-back and the Ah-immunoassay giveaway (though he may share the blame with the Board and Babish). There is enough blame to go around and I wish Babish and Koch had come up with an alternative plan for marketing AndroVir if the FDA interfered. Of course, for all we know they could have had a plan but since they were fired they were unable to execute it. Still, the bottom line in all this is that Babish wants to hold a meeting. The company's bylaws state that a meeting must be held by May 14th. It is nearly one week past the deadline and no meeting is in sight. I would say that Rhodes isn't exactly straining at the leash for a meeting. Besides, Hank said that Babish e-mailed him expressing that he was frustrated that a meeting had not been called and that he was trying to force the company into having one.
