The clearest lie the chimp Caesar has told lately has been where he PROMISED Americans when lobbying to renew the Patriot Act that he would NEVER wiretap Americans without a warrant - at a time when he was wiretapping Americans without a warrant! He's a very good liar - he'd have made a decent salesman. Any decent salesman can tell you the first step to faking sincerity is convincing themselves they're telling the truth.
