thread long Qwest thinking re t/twx and t/tci giving ATT high bandwidth through cable while solving last mile question. Seems like a brilliant strategy and gives me pause... is QWEST only providing backbone and letting others who purchase their dark fiber wory about the last mile; also, what about their (Qwest's ) last mile?
