John, I am not familiar with the details of the INF offering, but I don't think that the shares will only go to Merrill customers. Merrill may be the lead underwriter, but I would assume that there are many other firms participating in the offering and each will get a certain number of shares to offer to their clients. I think I heard that the IPO will be mid Nov. I hope so, am long some Nov 27 1/2 calls that are starting to look a lot brighter than they did a few days ago. Larry
