Yikes! Very interesting and maybe the best explanation of naked shorts I've seen. Very complicated to trace and a crook's dream! The best advice again, is for all longs to take their certificates. Also, David C. has some good points to SOLV. They almost need two sets of management - one for operations and one for public relations. Many companies have trouble dividing this task. SOLV needs to give us cheerleaders a first down soon on either issue.
