I think it would be tough for most Americans to adjust to the Canadian climate.
Hi Snowshoe,
Anyone from Maine, New Hamshire, Vermont, Upstate New York, Minnesota, Michigan, North Dakota etc... would likely find Toronto a breeze. I'm originally from Montreal with a stop in Cranberry Portage (Up Flin Flon way Manitoba) and although we get our snow bouts here in TO it's generally a lack of preparedness that causes problems. That and all those folks that think all season tires are really good in the snow... It's not typically that cold I find. This winter was the first real winter in years temperature wise. Often we get a lot of above freezing days. I've had quite a few winters where I've picked parsley and Swiss Chard right through.

On the citizenship our law became more lax in the 70's so I'd guess you could have dual. The best man at my wedding had it but we're talking a 47 year old boomer... I'm not sure what's changed..

You're up in Ididarod country aren't you...

regards
Kastel
