For $250,000 + benefits I expect an evangelist, leader and a trail blazer Larry Michael's remarks show such visceral venom, antipathy, and rancor towards Jim Palermo that I wonder if most of Q's problems stem from JP's management style. If Larry is an ex-employee he is very bitter and angry. A couple of discreet phone calls to the RI plant revealed that four VPs have left in the past 6 months........Jim has lost a significant chunk of his upper management team at a very critical time in the company's development. At a time when everyone at Q should be giving 120%, they seem to be leaving in droves. For that kind of salary I expect a CEO that walks on water - or at least inspires his team to believe that he does. This is my honest opinion deduced from the publicly available facts - it is not intended to harm or defame anyone or any entity. This opinion is intended to point out deficiencies in Quadrax management so it can do better in the future.
