Alok, I agree that he is an asset. I just don't see a big negative with his departure (as is being painted by CSCO, NN, et al). Personally, I feel that now is the time to be pursuing replacements at the top of both groups to ensure continuity. Sorry to bring non-coms to this thread.. Brian
