Riley: From the RMIL press release of Nov. 7: biz.yahoo.com "The company said it believes that it will prove in court that Mork knowingly has defrauded, made false accusations and manipulated the stock of Rocky Mountain International Ltd. for his own self gain, and at the expense of the 300 hundred shareholders of Rocky Mountain International Ltd." It has been about 6 weeks and no doubt RMIL picked up a number of shareholders following PTM, Inc.'s frantic night of posting and the linking of the chaos web site with Mork's organization. OTOH, the company may have lost a number of shareholders in recent days. What is the basis for your figure of 513 (225 + 288) shareholders? Was it the DTC (perhaps via a company insider)? If not, what was the basis for your count of the number of shareholders? Is it current? TIA
