racer: I don't know who grabbed your password and wrote SI on your behalf, but, they were either drunk, drugged, or idiotic. It almost appeared to be Asensio....

A TRO (temporary restraining order) is something that was recommended to me as a viable option for SOLV by a former White House attorney and top securities atty. AND SOLV's attorneys so spare me the insults you ______.

Did anyone else see the odd exchange between the CEO of the NASDAQ and Marty Zweig Friday night on Wall Street Week???? The special quest was drilled by Louis on the rampant problems in regulating the NASDAQ. The CEO knows Zweig to be one of the "culprits", and that caused a tense moment when the CEO told Zweig "I don't want to get into that" in response to a question Zweig posed. I think we're very close to assistance from the FBI, SEC AND EVEN THE NASD!!!! Enough is enough!

Don't be too surprised when the news starts to become public to learn that the Canadian Government helped to apply pressure on the US regulators due to their desire to develop their resources in an environmentally responsible manner.

The flagrant abuse SOLV and SOLV shareholders have received from what I consider financial terrorists is going to result in significant changes in the way business is done on Wall Street. The end is near for some of the most flagrant abusers.

As confident as ever...,

Dave
