Dear Rudedog: IMHO you are absolutely correct regarding class action attorneys and the like. They are a parasite on the land and totally out of control. Not only have they imposed a direct cost of doing business, which we the consumer pay for in the end, but they have imposed a tremendous restriction in new thoughts and ideas. Anyone who thinks they are in this to protect the public is TOTALLY naive. I have sat in and listened to their STRATEGY conferences and believe me what they are discussing is FEES not protection.
