I don't think so. I believe techstock and freerealtime are correct. Techstock can be off a bit in my experience. i.e. stock traded at .082 and they reported it as .08.

My info shows high was .44 and low was .40, but I bet if someone put in an order for .37 the shorters would have swooped below the bid and offered to sell it that cheap to keep up the pressure. I could be wrong, of course.
