The CIA did not give Bush bad info. He used it badly. The CIA, just that little piece that has been declassified (Dems are trying to get more), is full of ifs ands or buts and tons of caveats.

None of it matters because the plan to topple Saddam had been in the works for a decade. O'Neill said that it was already a big issue prior to 911.

None of this has been disputed by Bush.
