Let's not forget that one of KM's virtues is that it protect's the media from thermal decay. It is not a problem yet but as the capacity's keep going up the more they may look at KM. Has anyone given Karen a call lately. When do they expect a judgement on Mitsu's motion? When will they try the other two patent infringement cases?
