Quit fooling yourself, the only way this garbage will ever see a dollar is a reverse stock split. After that carnage, you may have something, but it is pure trash now.

All the processes they are going through right now, i.e., shareholders meeting, release of financials, election of board of directors, financials for '98 are geared toward SEC filing and subsequent listing on NASDAQ. How they are going to achieve stock price requirement is beyond me, unless these new people they are bringing in have financial clout elsewhere.
