Because not all Arabs are Muslims, many people who are made to flee jerusalem are Christians who have lived there forever. As islamic Radicals drive all other religions out of Muslim lands of course we are going to have more Arabs. Personally i would ban the Koran and the practise of Islam until Islam allows people in Islamic nations the Freedom to practise their own religion. Islam is murdering people all over the world to force conversion, but that is a position Democrats Support.
