I believe they are too heavily weighted in larger companies (also drugs instesd of biotechs)
while the smaller market cap companies have have performed better. (They probably have too many finance experts and too few people with a science degree.) However, they have been making changes. Gone from the top ten holdings are their large postions (Aug 31, 1999) in Merck (5%), Schering Plough (5%) and Chiron (6%).
