I won't bother to ask for a link, because none exist from any credible source. Besides, if Joe had been doing that, how did he stay out of jail? The CIA would have landed on him like a ton of bricks. And the CIA would have no longer considered her covert and wouldn't have asked for an investigation into the leaking of her status. The asking for an investigation isn't something that Tenent took lightly. After all, he was a Bush appointee.
