Reminds of the semi-pc-incorrect story of the doctor who walks in and announces he has some good and bad news....."I'm sorry, " he tells his patient, "But we are going to have to amputate both your feet." "Oh my goodness, that's horrible!" responds the patient. "What possible good news could you have?" "Oh," the doc says, "The guy down the hall wants to buy your shoes and he's will to pay top dollar....or trade you for TAVA shares".
