Chris .. For the last five years, the Fed has been running the presses, building up the M3 supply of dollars .. It's only been during the last few weeks that they have begun to remove some of the dollar glut. Margin requirements? They haven't tapped that since '72. I think the bear market is knocking at the door. Not just a correction...a bear market. Of course this could be a new age .. all of the old rules are simply figments of our historical imagination.
