I think with all the turmoil on the world markets......We should certainly look for stocks that will be little affected, or not affected at all, by external events......I think USTI is certainly one...Their market is primarily municipal governments, who MUST, despite whatever happens to the Dow, upgrade for yr2k......Unless you think it's the end of the world (in which case, it really doesn't matter does it?)........USTI remains a good if not great investment.......Peace
