Out in Calif. I think that if it has animals it is a Ranch and if they crow crops it is a farm and if they do both it is a Ranch. I just looked it up in the dictionary, and it's pretty ambiguous, it could be either a Ranch or a Farm. It did say that extensive farms are Ranches. I like the Dairy Pharma idea though!
