1948, Gasser raped and strangled a 
22-year-old carhop and dumped her 
body near the Sand Point Naval 
Station. Years after his release from prison, he raped
and strangled a 49-year-old woman and dumped
her body in a ditch outside Olympia in 1982.
Status: In prison in Washington.
