As I remember the news releases, the object of the court order was the turning over of documents -- questions will arise based upon these documents and what they do or do not contain. But you really didn't expect a full legal brief in a press release did you?

This is a press release by the company -- they are not obligated to provide you with anything and why should they if you are not a shareholder?

4.<<Yes, why would he have any credibility?>> I can show you a number of market mavens who continued to have credibility long after facts indicated to a thinking public that they were not worthy of this trust. Joseph Granville comes to mind.
