No, you're not. Their figures are deceiving. They count cancelled sales contracts as sold. And cancellations are running very high.

All the so-called experts are calling for a bottom.....hah. Not even close. They quote this or that, but what they ignore is the biggest negative......the specific terms of a lot of mortgages written in the last couple of years, and the fact that you got a mortgage simply by not residing six feet under. No other qualification than that.
