Pyramid has 45 employees-I called them today. DDIM is paying $400,000 per employee-at least Larry Martin knows a reasonable valuation when he's buying something!

I saw from their web site they have 25,000 square feet of space. Can anyone guesstimate what kind of revenues they might be generating? What might be $ value of equipment?

I realize this is a different business than the body shop consulting DDIM participates in. However, I'd assume revenues and earnings per employee are higher, and would merit a higher valuation. DDIM market cap is currently $398 mm, $1.4 mm employee ($416 mm, 1.25 mm employee if the deal is all stock).
