oh it sounded to me like some witto wich peepo didn't want their pwecious view blocked.... ...personally i think windmills would add to a view, not detract... i could just see sitting out on the front porch, smoking and watching the windmills turn 'round and 'round... maybe the well-to-do can't get the aesthetic... and perhaps 'nimby' isn't outdated after all... i was trying to describe that sort of peculiar and particular environmentalist who cares more about their immediate surroundings than any 'big picture...' so perhaps 'banana' does not apply here, although it certainly has a humour all its own...
