YUP and given my background/experience with Crisis management and critical path, I'll stick with my view.

You are entitilted to your view.

IF GE was really in CRISIS you would have been shorting the crap out of it at 33-28. I doubt you are shorting it at 13 and change. IF so disclose such.

IF not that supports you are one trying to buy it as cheap as you can to catch the upside as things move along.

ME? I'm looking to build a LARGE LONG position and run with the big dogs.
