yes, early on in the campaign Kerry had a canadian call center which he has since closed. The RNC uses an indian call center even now to hit up contributions, and sometime in the past Hillary Clinton signed a deal with Tata for something in NYC and there are stories about this. All of this happened prior to the realization on the part of all politicians that this was set to destroy the economy. Since republicans believe offshoring is a "good thing" they still have their indian call center I believe. The others have backed away, incl Kerry.
