Thank you Elroy, I am having difficulty understanding why the Board of SIMO and shareholders approved the merger, any thoughts? .. In addition the reason why they decided to spend so much for the new building and then plan on selling it---Are they considering a total sale or just the land? And last question are they planning on moving to Taiwan from Hong Kong their Headquarters?
