nonzeroa, we will know about revenues when the 8-K is filed. Last year, I would have guessed about $19M in revenues for this type of acquisition - but with today's valuations, Pyramid's revenues may be as low as $10M.

BTW, I have worked up an analysis of bookings versus revenues for DDI. A couple of months ago, I projected Q2 revenues of $9M and Q3 of $12M. But this was before Mr. Martin remarked that bookings in Q2 were $42M.

If Mr. Martin's statements were accurate, Q3 revenues should be almost $18M! This is difficult to believe considering the ramp-up necessary to achieve this revenue. I will patiently await this quarter's results before shorting the stock. It will be interesting to see who is closer; me at $12M in revenue or Mr. Martin at $18M in revenue.
