Robt J.: Thanks and I understand, but there must be some prohibition against a company "trading" their own shares, because of insider knowledge. I didn't know it was even possible for a company to sell its treasury stock. Isn't it only viable for doling options to employees?

This is new territory for me, but I can't believe that the SEC would let a corporation do this.

Anyone care to enlighten us?
