Thanks Deemon for reenforcing my post from a few days ago. I posted that SAIC has been buying. Everyone should take notice of one line in the article.

It says "SAIC will provide up to 1500 units".

It does not say SEXI will provide the units. Therefore, SEXI is paid by SAIC for these PURCHASES. Then SAIC integrates and bills the gov't for the work performed. That's how I see it folks. The only way SEXI would not be paid up front for these systems was if they agreed to front some units to SAIC. With SEXI being a startup company, there is no way management could put out money to provide SAIC with units. Conclusion: SAIC IS BUYING UNITS !!!
