Dunno. But after I die I want to be reincarnated as an European Gov't. Taxes in Europe, about a year ago, would add about $250,000,000 to a SINGLE TANKER LOAD of crude oil. This assumes a 1MM BBL cargo of crude. The $250MM number was calculated by a oil rep that sells oil around the world. I sometimes work with this fellow. He compared the price he sold oil at vs the price motorists pay at the pump - refining costs. Now the Euro trash want a "CARBON TAX."
