And if the software that enables this, is able to provide the services without you have to manage the multiple locations? That is powerful software! I don't think that we are in disagreement in concept, merely in some implementation details. There is another very key piece of software that, IMHO, enables all of this. And I haven't brought that up on purpose ... it is a valuable piece of information ... to Novell or any potential competitor ... ;-)>> Scott: Let's get that "valuable piece of software" in the right environment - the right people with the right hands on the wheel.
