After Hours Indications : Futures respond favorably to Oracle earnings; Nasdaq 100 at 1706, 23 pts above fair value. S&P 500 futures
at 1221.50, 4.5 pts above fair value.

Oracle Corp (ORCL) 14.84 -0.16: -- Update -- In same interview with Reuters, Oracle CFO said the company expects Q1 license
revenue growth to be "zero" and earnings to be $0.08 per share (consensus is $0.08)... ORCL +0.81 after hours.

Metromedia Fiber (MFNX) 2.10 -1.39: -- Update -- The MFNX revenue warning was not as bad as feared and there was not
EBITDA warning; seeing a rebound in the shares as a result to 2.32 after hours.

After Hours Movers : Oracle seeing a relief rally along with other software cos; changes vs 4 pm close: ORCL +0.9, SEBL +1.5, ITWO
+0.65, BEAS +1.4. Some companies warn and lose ground: DATM -1, ASGN -1.3. Not much movement in SLR or other EMS cos.
CPN -0.7 after FERC expands price caps.
