Suzanne, The shareholders meeting is being put together in June if at all possible. They are trying to have it as soon as they can. The PP is releasing money before then in order to keep things running. Those shares are for the escrow needed by contract to be reserved for the PP in the worst case senerio. As I said, I support the retirement of all unused shares at conversion or retirement and the company being required to ask for reissue for any other purpose. Looks like we are on the same page.
