It is unconstitutional, and there is no doubt. The Supreme Court erred grievously in Roe v Wade, and will eventually overturn. That DOES NOT make abortion a God-given right, not "the law of the land" while we are waiting for the inevitable correction of that error. There is that possibility that the USSC will fail in it's ruling on CFR (a 10 to 20% chance, IMO). That is why the nation was ill-served by those who didn't step on McCain, Feingold, Shayes, and Meehan when they had the chance. If the USSC fails, it will be necessary to keep the issue alive until a more intelligent Congress can correct the error, that would now be attributable to both institutions...
