I should have been more clear. The story coming out of Esquire today sounds like it is the "sour grapes" story. That's why I found the Time story amusing by contrast. Gotta hand it to Bush, though. He did TRY to put a Democrat in the position. Actually two of them. "Lotta good that did...." BTW...I agree about Rove....but then, Bush didn't ask what I thought. Neither did Rove. I might just have to let them know one of these days.
