BriBear, thank you very much for providing your personal experiences, which, I am sure, are quite informative for others, including physicians. As you somewhat imply, for adequate patient compliance, it would be most prudent to prescribe the most effective combo medications with the least side-effects regardless of cost. What a simple lesson to learn, and you and Cherry have given me a good insight from the patient's point of view regarding clinical medicine. Greatly appreciated.
