Hi Scott, Granted some engineers (or whatever) are hired as experts to help assess companies. However, at tradeshows and other venues I have spent time talking to analysts about our company and products in the past and from those experiences it seemed to me that a) they had quite limited understanding of the industry, and b) they were so desperately trying to make rapid judgements on how to rate companies that they really weren't thinking deeply at all. It was difficult to engage in a conversation of any substance. I certainly felt that I wouldn't entrust my money to their recommendations, based on this experience. (And they were all MBA's, although they may well have had staff with technical backgrounds in their focus industries for all I know). AF
