You are starting to sound like someone pushing an agenda now, Mark, What you are trying to say is that parents are not smart enough to teach their children enough about sex, that it must be taught by your greater good(guvmint) , and you need lots of pork money to do it....then all them aduckated teachas can tell our young uns how the cow ate the cabbage... I got news for you.... we had "sex education" in school in health class when I was young....(((BUT ....there was no passing out condoms...there was no passing out advertizing slips for the abortion grinders...)) Didn't have to.
I never saw ONE kid get pregnant by saying "NO.I was raised better than that"!
I never saw one kid have an abortion by saying" NO I will not committ fornication against my God for you."
But you would rather teach your kids that it is OK to do it, then suck up some government money trying to deal with the aftermath.(BTW, that is called example))

BTW.... my daughter knew of the dangers of these things at a very young age....WHY???? I made sure she did... she still had the mandatory health classes, but I informed her of the TRUTH,not just the convenient way to shuck em off.

Let us examine::; Do not steal .....ok.....bad advice? good advice??? Do you steal? If you do not then I assume you might teach your children the same....WHY?? Only to keep them out of jail?? No, I don't think so...how about respect for what not is theirs? That sound ok?
Ok then about this: Don't committ adultery.....you in for that one? Do you run around on your bride? No? Why not? Only afraid to because of fear of getting caught?? No, I bet it may have MORE to do with the fact that you actually love her and respect her.....fair enough? So I might be inclined to think you would teach your children the same, and in at least some little fashion by example....they see you, and see how you love her, and cherish her...right?
Ok, so let us take up fornication then... By the same moral standards of these other two, we deal with this. The Lord God says no...Do I need to quote all the passages at this point? Didn't think so.... So do we take mr Clintons view, and say, "Well I never" cause oral ain't sex? Is that the way to approach it, you think? No? OK how about using the scriptures to see how it hurts God, YOUR Father, when you do such things..... and also we could use the same and other scriptures to say that there are many times consequences to life habits,health, etc that are derived from such actions. AND we might even say from time to time that a good "Thus sayeth the Lord " is NOT a bad thing....for just as we were taught by our parents to not stick our tongue on the 220 amp circuit, so OUR heavenly Father says "Don't do it, because it destroys you."

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
If one sins against his OWN body, is he not also sinning against another? If one is doing wrong to his own body, how can he respect another..... or his Father? He can't can he?
So YOU teach your children why abstinence is SO important my friend...NOT because of fear of getting a disease, but FEAR of losing all respect for LIFE given by the Great One. hmmmmmmmmm.......sounds almost too easy huh?????
