not really. it's a bit disconcerting that the ANC walked away with almost 70% of the vote and all 9 provinces, but imo the ANC is unlikely to institute any major shifts in economic policy. in fact, there's some hope that the Rand might weaken for a change, which would be bullish for the SA mines.
