I have no weakness about you posting on your Sabbath day or rest, BV. I merely pointed out that if you use any utility in your hom on such a day, such as electricity, telephone, natural gas(don't know in Canada, you may use heating oil) any of those items used will cause employment. Of course there is a certain amount of automation to any utility, but bottom line is people have to man these stations, so it is no different than a waitress. I feel we cannot decide in our age of convenience to decide any different. In Jesus time, the only light source would have been lamps/candles, which would have been trimmed before the Sabbath for use, is that not right? But in our age, if you flip on a light, you have created work for those to provide you that light. Go down to your electric coop, or local dam, of sub-station and see if there are not people there providing a service.

Pretty commonly known stuff. The only LEGAL way I see around it, is to use wicked lamps/no elec/ and wood fires for yourselves to heat/cool/cook/ etc..on your Sabbath day of rest.

But as I said, it is not to me you need to repent, because I have no weakness against you doing such. I am a sinner.

The BEST thing I can say that I read this morning is this:::

JOHN 12:(Jesus speaking))
31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Praise God. all men. the word in the Greek is <pas>

pas; includ. all the forms of declension; appar. a prim. word; all, any, every, the whole:--all (manner of, means) alway (-s), any (one), X daily, + ever, every (one, way), as many as, + no (-thing), X throughly, whatsoever, whole, whosoever.
