Somehow to me, the whole IPO scenario seems like it is too good to be true. Great for those getting Infinity at the IPO price, but I really wonder what it will do to CBS shares.

If Infinity immediately takes off to $40/share, will CBS increase in value by almost double as well (since they own about 80% of shares of Infinity that just about doubled)?

Will CBS drop since the value that the market will focus on was just sucked out?

Could this deal backfire in some strange way?

I think this will be very interesting when it happens. With 135M shares, would seem that many that want should be able to find a way to get in on the IPO.

Of course, the above questions are IMHO.
