Uncle Frank, I did not express myself clearly. My meaning was that the license for Nokia to use the CDMA patented technology is fixed and of course cannot be negotiated. But the license fees for QCOM to use any of Nokia's GSM technology in QCOM's own WCDMA asics remains a question. That's a totally different matter. My guess is that the value of it is not great.
